HTTP status stays 4xx/5xx for failed API calls. Body code is stable: 40001 invalid JSON, 40002 invalid input, 40003 unsupported parameter, 40101 invalid/revoked key, 40201 insufficient Credits, 40401 unknown model or inaccessible account resource, 40402 task not found, 40901 resource provider-account mismatch, 41001 expired resource, 41301 oversized request, 42201 unsupported combination, 42901 rate limit, 50201 malformed provider response, 50301 unavailable service/provider. HTTP status is the first three digits of the code.Querying a failed generation returns HTTP 200/code 200 with data.status=failed and supplier text in data.message. Task submission has no client idempotency guarantee. Do not blindly repeat a POST after a network timeout.
